Which device are you using to play the game?
I thought it was my device, as I too have experienced this few times on my iPad! Whenever I stumble like this, I just close the game and wait for about 10 minutes and reopen the game again. Then, it works fine.
Please see if it works for you or not!
If you can tell me your device, I will report to our Community In-charge and see if it is a glitch on King side or something to do on our side!

I have reported to our Community In-charge.
I need few more details for them to look into the issue… Can you please specify which Android device are you using, and the Software version you have on it?
I cannot see which App version you have in that screenshot! Can you please check? You should see in the left bottom corner (below to that Community button).
Did you log into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
Since you cannot click on "My Profile", I will ask our Community In-charge how to find your game ID number.
