No more piggy bank and no more buying gold with magic beans

With all due respect I have bought gold many times with magic beans from this exact place. To my knowledge you can’t even buy magic beans, can anyone actually purchase magic beans?? When I am on the magic bean bank (the screen shot I previously attached) and I click any of the options it just brings me to the shop page. When this use to work correctly I would purchase 95 gold with 10,000 magic beans. I don’t appreciate you saying “that is for buying beans with gold bars” if your intent is to say that I don’t know what I’m talking about. If this is called the magic bean bank then to me that means what you can purchase with your magic beans, not the other way around, where you use your gold to purchase magic beans. That makes no sense to me because you should be in your gold bank to see what you can purchase with gold. Bottom line is I have bought gold with my magic beans many times and have even provided a screen shot and now loyal paying players have no affordable options to buy gold because the piggy bank is gone too.

I will pass the feedback onto the CM but I am not sure whats happened as the studio have said its never been that way and they aren't running tests. They have no idea either.
I haven't got an official name for the beans, but that is what I have always called it.
As to the can you buy beans? Yes indeed you can because when I clicked on it (on the same screen) I bought 1000 very much not needed beans and spent 10gb on it. I suppose over 8m isn't enough 🤦🏻♀️
I can add a screen recording if you doubt it but I would be using another 10gb 🙄

It’s crazy to me that all of us experience so many different options in playing this game. This is an example of why contacting customer support or reaching out here in the community is a waste of time. Because no one even knows what we are talking about and basically “the studio” is making me out as a liar. I personally cannot purchase magic beans, so clearly we all have so many different versions of this game that idk how King can even keep up. Its honestly unacceptable that “the studio” says we have no idea what’s going on. Like how is that possible?

When checking with the studio earlier, it was made clear that there's no options to purchase gold bars with magic beans, however it's an interesting idea that has been shared with the studio.
As for the topic regarding the Piggy Bank - this is discussed in another thread, and as such this thread is regarded as a duplicate and will be closed.
