[Being Investigated] I can't see the Cropsie Goals on top of the screen!
Hey there Farmers,
We've seen some reports of players which aren't able to see how many cropsies that they're supposed to be collecting while playing Farm.
If you're seeing this issue in the game, please make sure to update the game to the latest version to ensure that the issue can be removed!
If you're still experiencing this issue, please include the following information:
- What device are you playing on?
- What OS version are you on? (ex: Android 13 or iOS 16)
- What version of Farm do you have?
- What is your Player ID?
With this information it's easier for us to help you!

Im on level 3662....for the past few levels i have played i have not known how many of anything i need in the level. All items are blank and gives a check mark when all is collected.hard to play when everything is unknoen

Are you playing Farm Heroes Saga? If so, which device are you using? If you are on a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?

Yes its farm heroes on my phone(android 13) .im not sure how to find the version of the app but there doesnt seem to be an update.

I opened up the game to play the Farm Parade event and noticed that the needed numbers to fulfill the crop requirements did not show. I continued to play hoping I would see a ✔️ mark to tell me I made it but it was difficult to know how many more of each I needed. I did not want to waste the boosters to make up the shortfall nor lose a life by ending the game. I only found out what I actually collected after I had run out of moves. I was playing "blind". This issue actually started a few days ago when I played level 1990 but I thought it was just a glitch and would resolve by itself. I will not play any levels on a map or an event at this time until this is fixed because I am trying to avoid losing lives or power-ups. Please advise. Thanks

Sorry for the late response! I was checking in my game to see if I have this glitch! I don't (as of now), but we received another complaint with the same glitch!!
You can check the "Google Play Store" to find the version you have right now.You can find it this way also —> On your game Home screen, click on the "yellowish" icon (Settings) that is located in the bottom left corner — once you open that page, you will see your current version in the bottom left corner of that screen👍️
