Golden Pass is missing & Bonnies booster too (again)
Hi there,
after a few days of missing Bonnies booster in the game (Android 6.48.12) yesterday it appeared again. Yay!
And shortly after that a Golden Pass was offered which I bought.
I played with Bonnies booster and Golden Pass yesterday and this morning without any trouble, as it suposed to be.
This late afternoon (CEST) I started playing.
Bonnies booster and Golden Pass were gone.
I updated the version to Android 6.49.11, deleted the cache, logged out and in, rebooted the device.
No luck.
How can we address this issue?

Oh I wish I could take credit for this but sadly not me. It could be that the comunity manager @LoFiGummy had a hand in it, or it was maybe a connection issue that resolved. However I am so glad its back for you!! Happy farming! 🐎

Good evening and welcome to the community. It didn't come back when you played a couple of levels and I am assuming no updates were waiting?
Could you let us know which make/model of your device as well and I will pass it over to the CM as it seems like you've tried the troubleshooting 🎃

Hello Lady Choo,
I played like 15 levels and both items stayed missing. After playing these levels I realized there is an update and updated to 6.49.11 and tried the steps described in my first posting.
My device is the tablet Lenovo TB125FU with Android 13.
System and apps have been updated as well to no avail.

Thank you so much for your patience. Maybe Rancid has been in the wiring again! I will pass it back and hopefully he will see it tomorrow. You're not the only one by the sounds of it and Bonnie has gone for me too I have just realised. (I don't pass many quick) We will get back to you as soon as we can 🤗

Hi there @3Hamster, from what it sounds like - did you perhaps buy the Golden Pass when the game was showing the Back-To-School Season, before it switched to the Spooky Season?
From what you've told, it may be that you purchased the Golden Pass at the very end of the Season before it ended 😔

Thanks for your input.
Actually I don't know which season was running at 30th Sep.
But:
a) The remaining time of the Golden Pass was like 21 days as far as I remember.
b) I was playing on a daily basis since weeks so it would be very ... interesting if King makes me an offer for the full amount of money for the Pass just before it ends.
So I just think it is a bug. 🙂

Farm Pass - Spooky Season: September 30 → November 3
The best thing to do would be to contact player support from within the game and have a chat with them. I agree it seems unfair to buy it at that point if you hadn't played much. However if you had finished it, you should have collected all the prizes anyway. So if you message them from within the game, they are the ones to talk to. They have more powers than we do for that.

Hm, offering something for money not until the very last day instead of the many days I played before and hoping that I don't know that the season is about to end is not something I would call unfair. I'll contact the customer support. Thanks for the advice.
Still, Bonnies booster does not show up. Any news here?

it wasn't there to purchase all through the month? Thats odd as usually the option is there. Have you noticed any other connection issues?
Bonnies booster no, I think that was fixed and I have her again so she's there. But we'll check again for you. It could just be that not everyone gets things all at the same time but I'll ask the community manager and see if we can find out.0 -
