If we save the game either with Facebook account or King (email) account, then, we can open the game on different devices and still the progress will be safe!

Do you remember creating a Facebook account or email account on your old phone and log into the game with that account?

If not, I would suggest you to follow the steps & suggestions provided in this thread —> How to move progress to a new device
