right after the last update I lost my barn with companions and rewards any suggestions?

I wanted to update you with a word from the studio that the test for companions not being available will end later this week. The studio thanks all the players for the valuable feedback, which will be taken into account for how to continue to improve and make Farm a better experience! π€

I posted in a different thread similar to this one, so I thought I could share my response here as well!
I've personally gathered all of the feedback from the players and I've been talking to the studio about your reactions.
The studio is very aware of your opinions, and as they've done in the past - they will take a look and see what they can do to continue to help make Farm a fun game to play! π
That's why we appreciate your feedback - I'm sure that the studio will do their best moving forward thanks to you all sharing your opinions. π€ So thank you for posting in this thread.
Above your posts was a reply from one of my co-moderators informing you all that the companions are missing right now as part of testing.
Unfortunately they have not told us how long it is for. When they gather everything they need to know I assume.
Please feel free to politely leave feedback that the community manager can send back to the studio. Leaving as many details as you can, such as why you are missing them.

Sorry regarding your Companions missing in your game, the Farm Studio is taking a test with a small group of player and sometimes all the players have different Feature in the Farm.

Ah yes the companions then. Yes I hope so too, they are helpful sometimes.

Nein es sind nicht alle Booster weg, nur die, die man am Anfang jedes levels fΓΌr 90, 70 oder 50 Bohnen kaufen kann. Aber die sind auf allen GerΓ€ten weg.
Dann hoffe ich mal, dass der Test nicht mehr so lange dauert.

A small amount of players including yourself, are taking part in a test where you don't have any companions for now. I don't know how long it will last but that is why. If you have any feedback, you are more than welcome to share it here or message player support with it π
As regards your boosters, are they all gone? You will not have the same on all devices, you only earn them on the device you play on at that time.

The studio are running a test whereby they have removed the companions for a small amount of players. If you don't like it, can I ask you to message player support from within the game, or give feedback here with as much information why you don't like it? Or even if you do..it will help them π

Alle 50 70 90 Booster, die man mit den Bohnen vor jedem level kaufen kann, werden nicht mehr angezeigt. Auch bei allen leveln vorher nicht.
Die Booster fehlen auf dem PC ΓΌber facebook und auf dem Smartphone in der app.
AuΓerdem fehlt beim Startbildschirm im unteren Bereich ein Symbol.
Habe schon neu gestartet, Cache geleert und neu installiert.
cant use farm animal boosters to help me play,therefore I can't get past my level. There is not even the option to use them the game just starts.

All character/buddy assist options that you buy with beans are gone from every level. I even went back quite a few different levels and they don't show up.
I have cleared the cache. The app and phone are updated. They aren't blank or greyed out. There are gone completely.

So today while i was playing Farm heroes, i noticed that the animal levels (and later the Farm Club) were gone when i scrolled the next stage i have to play, and i am wondering why. because i never saw people complain about the animal levels nor the Farm Club unlike Rancid levels, just feels like they removed that feature for no reason, esp when you can have multi purposes with the animals (like collecting all of them, getting rewards for having al 5 groups them and being able to help you with levels).
ooooh i must be one of them then, and may i say if they remove the Farm Club and the companions i feel like the game would lose replayability in some levels, or even some value. what i mean by this is that for one you would have even less reasons to get 3 stars or even replay a level at all (since the genre is known for not replaying previouse levels), the animmal levels provided a sence of replayability that no match 3 game could have. and besides companions being a great sorce for hep in any level, they are also great for the part of the brain that wants to collect them all, they were like pokemon cards, collectable and usefull for in game things! and you even get great bonuses if you deside to colect them all like boosters for 3 rows of companions you collect and better companions for harder levels. so in short, it would be a big loss to lose the companions, esp when they bring so much to the table.
Hi there I need my companion animals back, otherwise some levels are too difficult, I have warmth me beans and I want to use them this way. If I don't get them back I will stop playing the game.

This sucks! Terrible idea! We earn the beans and should be able to use them. Why did King and Farm Heros think this was even a good thought? We want our egg crackers, flower growers, and everything else back!
Okay, what happened to the boosters, the ones you purchase with beans right before starting a level...like the flower grower, egg cracker, etc. Mine haven't loaded in almost a week and it's really annoying

The features in Farm can look very different as a lot of things are being tested (to see what works best for the balance of the game). This may be a bit confusing but don't worry the game is not broken, sometimes you will have features that others don't have as well.

Do not like this. Makes the game very tiresome to play. Some levels are fun to play some you just want to get thru as they are harder so using the 50 70 90 helps. Please bring the option to use back. You have a great game here this ruined it for me.
So I see all these complaints & the only answer is "going through a test"β¦.
At level 4300, it's basically impossible to beat a level without the companions, like a breaker, grower, igniter, etc.
If this doesn't get fixed soon you will lose many players, as it's simply frustrating to play a level over & over with no chance of passing it.
I'm on this forum because I clicked on help through the game app. If I actually can find where to directly contact King, they just refer me back to the forum instead is answering my question. Without the Farm Club there is no point in having or earning beans. You can't buy extra in game help with them like a shovel smack, plow, remove an entire vegetable etc. The Farm Club helpers don't always help you pass a level. Sometimes I think it makes it harder. I have extra tools stacking up because I'm not playing as much now without the Farm Club.
thats another point as to why the Farm Club was a great feature to have: it gives meaning to the beans. With no raccoon to spend your beans on help or any boosters being able to be bought with them, the animals were a great way to burn them, because i fear without them, beans become a useless currency.
Which does make you wonder why they even kept the beans if they are gonna neglect them and remove thigns that use them.
Lets just Hope it wouldnt be for long and it dosent become permanent.
I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? Itβs always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.

Has anyone any idea how to complete Level 4744. Since we no longer get the 30 minute special bonus I cant complete it. I don't see why I have to buy gold etc to complete a level. Any idea why we are not getting the 30 special bonus anymore as wellβ¦Help!!!!
