Didn’t get what I paid for!!

hi I just purchased the weekly pack for $9.99 and all I received were the 8 lives I’m supposed to get 42 gold bars plus lots of extra boosters

Hi there! Sorry to hear that, but I'm sure it can be resolved. What platform did you do the purchase on?

The fastest way is to go through the support in the game and contact support, but if you can tell me which platform it's on I can look into it!

It's helpful too if you share us your Player ID.

Hi there, I took a look at this and see now that it was the Golden Farm Pass that you purchased - so you have will have access to the rewards as you play the game and progress through the Farm Pass.

I understand however that it might've not been super clear so I'll pass this feedback on to the studio. If you're having problems progressing through the Farm Pass let me know!
