Farm Heroes Saga cannot buy gold

Question

I have 508 gold bars and $5 in Google credit but I cannot getting a "Transaction unsuccessful. Please try again!". Game play is OK but with problems-

Not removing board pieces after a move

I have tried the retrieve boosters twice but it does not appear to work, I may have been charged 54 tokens one time the other I do not think I was

At times, generally after a few hours I will lose my starting bonus and have to start over

I am on my 3rd time playing, first two times got to about level 6300 and started over. I am at level 2940 currently.

I have checked my settings and am connected.

"Transaction unsuccessful. Please try again!" is what I got for about 12 hours. It has been resolved.

I think I should have better explained-"but I cannot getting" should have been I cannot purchase anything with my 508 bars and $5 Google credit and I get the transaction unsuccessful message.

2-This has been an ongoing problem. I make a move to remove 3 pieces and the piece furthest away from the pay is not removed,

3-When you buy boosters right below the purchase is a banner saying buy unused bonus tokens for 54 gold bars or tokens.

4-I did mean Bonnie Boosters and I rarely lose a level.

5-This has been resolved, I tried a number of things but I can now buy boosters.

I am a very good player-I think-but there is no way to know. This is the 3rd time I have started from zero the first 2 times I got to around 6300 and stopped. I am currently at 2944. More important, I am 71 years old and suffered a stroke 15 years ago. When I play the game I can tell how my cognitive skills are working such as seeing the whole board and being able to see moves in advance while knowing this isn't chess and you cannot prepare moves in advance.

You have reported number of issues, but I am sorry to say that I am a bit confused!

Would you mind if I ask you few questions for my clarification, so that I know for sure how to guide you?

—> Are you trying to use your Gold Bars to purchase extra moves or boosters to help your level?   But, you cannot purchase for some reason?

—> What do you mean by you cannot get "Transaction unsuccessful. Please Try again" message?

Which device are you using to play the game?  Is it a specific level that the game is not working well?

Can you please clarify which boosters are you talking about?

54 tokens - means 54 gold bars?  It is good that you are not charged for anything, right?

When you starting bonus - did you mean the Bonnie booster?  If so, did you lose because you lost the level?

(5) I have checked my settings and am connected.

Are you having "connection" issues and you see an error message?   If so, when do you see that message?  Can you take a screenshot and post it here?

Can you try to clarify these questions for me?
