Still not getting daily bonus

Hello, it has been over 3 weeks and I still am not getting my daily bonus. I have done what you said to do and it still does not work.  I don't understand because I have two accounts with you and I get them on my other account.  I want my daily bonus

To make sure, have you followed these steps?

* Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
* Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
* Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
* Clear Cache:* 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
* 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If so, could you let us know the following:

* What platform you play on?
* What your Player ID is?

It could be that this feature is on a break for this specific account currently, and it might return at a later date - as the studio tests different combinations of features and events in the game.
