Problems logging in with Facebook

Good evening, I changed my phone and when I try to log in in my account with Facebook it says that an error has happened and tells me to try again later. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data, updating both Facebook and Farm Heroes Saga, and also I've tried logging in from a different phone, with the same results. I didn't pair my Facebook account with my King account, so I dont have any other way of recovering my progress. Any ideas? Thanks!

Do you have a King account?
Could you please click on the green link and follow the instructions?
You will find "Save my game progress " click on the sign + and you will find all the instructions
So if you have a mobile device then do this:
- Download Farm on the device
- Open the game
- Make a King account (with the same email as the Facebook account)
Then the progress should match what you have on Facebook.

Hello, I created a King account using the same email but I start with a new save file, I havent recovered my facebook progress. What else can I do?

I already read that article and did what it says there, but the thing is that I dont want to lose my gold bars and my scores, because I have been playing for a lot of years. Why are the accounts not merging if Im using the same email for both of them?

Sorry but your boosters are only saved in your device and can't be transferred in your new device. If you read the last part of this article.
Learn how to move your progress
If is possible you can continue to play with your old device until you have used all the boosters π

But gold bars do transfer, and in the article it says that gold bars will be removed if they merge both accounts manually

Sorry but in this case you have to contact Player Support or here β¬οΈ "Contact Us" or with your game app and explain what happened.
Try to open the game app and tap on the 3 lines π
And then player Support and choose a Topic about gold bars and explain your problem.
