I have been stuck at a roadblock for many days

I have been at a roadblock for almost 4 days. Earlier today I only had 3 hours to go before I would have been able to move on to the next level. Now I checked again, & the time started over again!! I’m now back to waiting 4 days again!! This is really unfair....PLEASE HELP!!

Are you playing on mobile or on Facebook?

If you're on mobile then please make sure that

game is connected properly online. You can check this by disconnecting the game to FB, reboot your device, start the game then reconnect to FB
check your time settings on your mobile device. If you have recently changed the system time then this can affect the timer in the game.
