Issues with Internet and Boosters after getting a new iPad

I used to play this on an older iPad but it wasn’t charging so I bought a new one. Once I bought the new one and logged into my account, my power ups were gone but my game was connected but to the internet. When I deleted the app and redownloaded it I was connected to the internet but lost all my power ups. We reset the iPad so now my power ups are back but my game won’t connect to the internet. My iPad had WiFi but the game doesn’t?

Hi there Chick Pea! Welcome to the Farm Heroes community
Do you still have the old iPad? I ask because Boosters and messages with lives are the only two thing you cannot synchronize to other devices. Boosters are stored locally and can only be used on the device they were received on.
Just to make sure I fully understand you; the reset you performed - was that on the old device?
