Super Collector issue (with screenshots)

since the update my Super Collector has been resetting after activation if i put my phone down for more than maybe 30 minutes, i have logged out and back in, internet connection is solid, update has been done. (it all started with the update)

i still play the game cause i do enjoy it but it’s frustrating to get it and then lose it.

got it active, no lost levels, went to make breakfast, gone maybe an hour. come back and it reset. hadn’t lost any levels

after the last update i tried to clear my cache (which on ios means uninstalling and reinstalling) and i lost all my boosters i had been collecting (my fault for not realizing that would happen) so i won’t be doing that again.

i just want this fixed if even possible 😭 if not fixable then fair enough i will move on and just keep playing cause it’s still fun

Hey there! Just wanted to get back to everyone (sorry I've been away for a bit and wasn't able to respond until now🙏),

Thanks to your reports the studio was able to find a bug which kept resetting this feature - so now it should not be happening anymore.

If you're still having this issue and that it keeps resetting after updating to the latest version of the game, please let me know along with your Player ID!

I have the same problem. The first time it happened was after an app update. Well, I thought, it can happen. Then I played and activated the super collector. It lasted for about 10 more levels, and I was able to use it. Then my device reported that the battery needed to be recharged. I closed the app and charged my device. When I wanted to continue playing, I had to start charging the super booster all over again.

It definitely wasn't my internet connection! And I didn't lose a level, I just charged my device so I could continue playing. 😁

No, that's not the issue at all. As long as you are playing or have the game open, the super collector remains. It's when you close the game (for instance - when you have to get some sleep) and then reopen the game the next morning, the collector is gone. You have to start over to win 10 levels to earn it back! This happens every day now and is costing me and other players many boosters, when we should already have the extra boost.

@LoFiGummy Am I explaining this clearly now? Please let me know if there are other questions so hopefully it can be corrected quickly

To add as well, just to make sure - if you for some reason are in a level and lose internet connection or the game crashes - this may what could be causing the issue. I know it's nice to take a break while in levels (especially if they are difficult) but I would recommend not doing to help avoid this issue.

Molly5.....I have had this problem for some 8/9 days now and I haven't lost a game in months.

No matter how many times I and others write no one from support even tries to answer...… I have come to the conclusion they are not interested, because we lose boosters because of this and have to spend more money, hopefully I am wrong, time will tell.

Please, please will a moderator at least answer us.

Molly5...I have had this problem for 8/9 days now, and made many comments, even though I have not lost a game in months, I have my Bonnie Boosters but the super collector as you know reverts to 1 once you log out even if you have not used it once reached 10, however no moderator has answered any of us, what is the point of us asking when they don't answer.

It happened in my game too! I earned it yesterday and this morning when I opened the game it was gone. Very frustrating and hopefully they will fix / reset it properly.
