sending lives but not getting any all i get is beans yet am asking for lives is there a proplem with Farm heroes saga

closed the game and reopened browser when i had no lives left all i got was beans no lives

Pues llevo muchos días que recibo judías, alguna vida pero a cuenta gotas.. pero lo peor de todo es que cuando quiero enviar yo vidas, ya no me sale ninguna lista de amigos para enviar...
Podéis decirme por qué me desaparecieron los amigos?

okay Pummi Raj ive been closing the tab and reopening it before collecting my lives but i still only get mainly magic beans i might get 1 live but of the 4-6 lives sent its 1 live if im lucky otherwise its magic beans i pay on google chrome browser on facebook have tried other browsers and have also cleared cache

Yes! This applies to Facebook version as well! All you need to do is —> close the tab/browser - reopen the browser and open game — you should find lives instead of Beans!

Sorry! I thought you are playing the game on a mobile device! That's why, I said those steps!
If you are playing the game on Facebook (browser version), all you have to do is just close the tab/window and reopen the game. And, the Magic Beans will be turned into lives👍️
Please do not "reinstall" your game on any device - mobile device or computer! Because, you will lose your saved boosters and King team will not reimburse those!
si remove the game from facebook and then reinstall it is this correct or with regards facebook we can just refresh the browser page, sorry just dont understand the remove part you said
Does this also apply to the Facebook version? I can't seem to collect lives that have been sent to me, either.

When we have our lives recharged, we will not see any lives but only Beans! Next time, please check when you are out of lives (usually, when the lives are 0)!
Once you are out of lives, close the game/App - remove from "recently used App" - then, reopen the game again - you will see only lives but no Beans☺️
