You don't kill sheep (unless things have really changed in the game since I played it!), to obtain them you help them land on squares with hay on them. Sometimes you have to grow a hay seed with a water droplet.
But remember, black sheep will eat the hay, white sheep don't. Sometimes you can organise your white sheep so that a few can hop-on together

Hi, you have to move the sheep to the hay bale and that will remove it, a head icon will appear, connect it to the water drop and the hay will be created π
@ChevyMimi which level is it exactly? I can get you a video but 426 doesn't have any sheep on.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the sheep. In order to collect a sheep you have to move them on to a haybale. Keep in mind you may also need to convert a hay seed into haybale by matching a hay seed with a water drop.
