Here is what I get, Trying to connect to my King account

Did you make sure your email address is spelled correctly and that your password is exactly the one you've always used? Did you also ensure you're using the correct formatting (capital letters, special characters, etc.)?

I cannot connect to my account through the game. Whenever I put in my email address and password is not correct. I'm using the same email address and password that I have in my profile
I have done everything except for the reinstall and still no luck. Even on here not showing my beans that I have collected

This shouldn't normally happen. Are you sure you're properly connected to your account?
Please try these standard troubleshooting steps: Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay. Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data. Clear Cache: π€ Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Friends Saga > Storage > Clear Cache π iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data ο»ΏποΈ Amazon Kindle: Menu > Choose Settings > Clear All Cookies Data As a last resort, you can try reinstall the app. Note that this will remove all of your boosters from the game, so please do not do this unless absolutely necessary.
