Claim Rewards Error Message (Sleepy Cropsies)

Hello,

I am unsure why this happened but I received another "can't claim reward" response. I got out of the game and restarted the Android phone but I did not see any notification that the rewards were sent when I went back into the game. Please see attached screenshots. Thank you.

No. I have not made a report about this issue to the Support Team. I tried once before but I gave up. Is there a way to check if the rewards were eventually sent even though there were no notifications for both cases? Please let me know. Thank you and have a good night.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive the reward after collecting all of the Sleepy Cropsies!  I will report about the glitch!

Did you try sending a complaint to the King Player Support team for the missing rewards?
