No Event for several weeks

Hi @thip and welcome to the community! You have two separate issues there.
One, the events has been addressed, you can see my comment above.
The helpers (companions) shouldn't be missing. Can you tell me which device/OS you are using and have you checked the store for updates?
Do you have any saved boosters? If not, it would be worth reinstalling the game as long as you are currently connected either via the kingdom or facebook your progress will be saved but boosters won't. So use them first. Let me know what you are using and I will get you the troubleshooting help

@Larry_Cecchetti perhaps that is the issue. They haven't always had the events so maybe they are concentrating on something else at the moment and that is taking their time up

Hi all

It seems the studio have been taking a break from releasing so many events. We are just waiting for confirmation of possible plans etc and then we can let you know. However there is nothing wrong with your game, its not an error

what is going on with new events on Farm Heroes Saga? I am at level 2287 and for close to two months there have been no new events. It just says "Coming soon".

I see what is being said but this just does not seem right. I have played stayed steadily for 3 years and it has never been like this. no events for over a month in Farm Heroes. There are a lot of posts regarding this online.

Ok @jirs63 I would ignore the automatic updates as I know from experience they don't always. Sometimes they just sit there a while. The beans sound like you are not logged in, were you connected to Facebook? Sometimes it shows as connected but you are only surface connected. Meaning its not completely which if using FB is common sadly. The suns do sound like they are having issues. Can I ask you to try some troubleshooting and we can take it from there. Do you know how much storage you have free on it? Do you know which manufacturing year it is?

Which mobile device are you using as well as OS version: Samsung tablet A android 7.1.1 and also microsoft surface that I run the game on too, which is running windows 10Have you had any connectivity issues? none, however, I did have 35000 beans and now I have 35 and the "collect the yellow suns" at the bottom of the game is all broken up as if its not loaded properly.Have you recently done any updates on your mobile device? yes, and its on automatic tooWhich version of the game do you have installed? Keep checking your app store for updates, unfortunately not all events are available to all players but a lot will be, so keep your eyes open and one should appear soon

Hi @playgurl69 if you're playing on mobile have you checked to see if there are any updates in the store for your game? If yes, or if no updates are available try restarting your device. That usually works for me.

The last event I received was the birthday event in February. I don't even get the trail of gifts for finishing levels. I've had the app for a number of years and never had an issue until recently. Usually I play on a Huawei ascend Android 4.4.4 but have also tried it on 5.0.1 and 6.

Where have the timed daily rewards gone?
