I've been playing and getting my bonuses all of a suddenly it's saying no internet connection and I am connected I would like to know what should I do to get my bonuses do I need to re-download the game or what thank you

In these cases you'll have to reload the game or force quite game app (not sure which device you're playing on) to see if that helps.

Do you mind telling me which bonuses you were about to accept and from which event/feature you were being rewarded from so we can look in to this?
