Good day, is there any problem in level 2531 because when i try to play it give error mesage and sent out of the game.

    Hi @stefs1972 How are you? Didn't see you here since February 😊

    Can you please tell me which device and OS are you using to play this game? It would also be useful if you can make a screenshot of this situation so I can see what exactly is happening. Thank you.

    Good morning, i' m using android 6.0.1 in LG Gflex 2 H955 and after i choose cropes, color br.... and try to begin 2531 level, farm heroes stops and the error message writes (in greel lang) "unfortunatelly farm heroes has stoped"

    @stefs1972 Can you try playing the level without the help from the Companion by remove the green check mark from it and see if that helps?

    If not, can you get back to us with a screenshot of the error message that you get along with the game app version you have installed so we can investigate? For any guidance, please visit this useful website: www.take-a-screenshot.org

    Nothing hapened again. I can not play 2531 even with the solution you gave me. I can notsent younow screen shot but the massage writes exactly" unfortunatelly farm heroes has stoped". Thanks anyway

    Cannot go past level 2 530.  Game background after level 2 530 is black, so cannot even see the next levels.

    Using iPhone XS.

    @aamparbeng and @stefs1972

    I'm going to have to ask you 2 to reinstall the game app as that is our last option now. Don't worry about your game progress as it should be backed up as long as you have connected the game. 

    You will however loose boosters and lives but I'll be happy to compensate you both once we've tried this. I will need your Game ID once you have reinstalled the game app and confirm the game app version you have installed.

    I dont' know what happend from yesterday night but is working properly now. Maybe you fix something. Anyway thanks for your instand support.
