When trying to load game this is what I get  We are experiencing an error and doing our best to fix it. Please try again in a moment.   Over and over again  If it does happen to load then I get a picture of a pig on a scooter with other animals saying Error While Loading Please Reload  Then it the same thing over again.   I have spent Hours trying to load game.  Dont tell me to clear my cookies cache or history because I already have.  This is the same on Chrome Firefox and internet explorer.
HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  PLEASE

    Hello @terry527, Hearty Welcome to the Farm Heroes section of our friendly King Community :)  

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  By any chance, are you talking about Candy Soda game or Farm Heroes game itself?  

    Because, lately I have seen posts by many players about this "Error, we are fixing" message in Candy Soda category.  And I have not experienced it or saw any complaints in Farm section!!  Hence, I wanted to make sure about it.  

    If you are talking about the Candy Soda game, the King Studio team is investigating the reason for this bug and are trying their hard to fix it.  I know it is frustrating to see that message every time we try to play the game.  We have to be patient and wait till the issue gets fixed as there is nothing else we can do but to hope for the fix comes sooner!!

    I am playing Farm Heros Saga on my laptop.  It loaded last nite around 5:00 pm.  Tried to play this morning and the same thing We are experiencing an error and doing our best to fix it. Please try again in a moment. I am playing on King.com.

    I am giving a link of troubleshooting steps for our PC.  Please try those steps (according to the browser you are using) and see if it helps to solve the issue!

    Went through all the steps with all three browsers, all are up to date and everything is enabled.   after several tries this morning it finally loaded on firefox but still get the error message on chrome and avast secure browsers. Afraid to exit game afraid it wont reload.

    Thank you for explaining more about the issue.  I am very sorry to hear that the problem still persists  :o

    I would suggest you to keep the game open in Firefox -- if it is still working that is!!  

    I do not have any more suggestions from my side to help you out with the issue!!  Hence, I will give a shout out to the Farm Heroes In-charge @QueenB to walk you through with the solution!

    All the King team are out of office for today.  You will be hearing from them only tomorrow!

    Just thinking back!!  Many players are complaining that they are having issues with King.com!!  You said you are playing games on King.com!!  

    Would you like to create an account with Facebook and log-in to your game(s) and see if you will be able to play your game?  Worth a try unless you really do no like to use Facebook!!  

    Please let me know!

    Well it froze. I did get to play today for awhile.  Wont load again getting the same message.  I have tried on facebook the game wont load at all on facebook.  No error or anything just wont load gets to a point and just sits there.

    Hello @terry527, Very sorry to hear that!!  

    Very sorry to say this but, could there be a problem with your Laptop?  I am thinking so because you said you are not able to play through King.Com or through Facebook!! 

    Usually, the games through Facebook work fine unless entire Facebook site crashes!!  Players from various games are complaining that their games are not loading ONLY from past couple of days!! 

    By any chance, did you try to play your game(s) in another Laptop or a desktop or any other mobile device?  If the issue still persists another 2 of those devices, the issue is definitely not with your Laptop but only with King.com!!  Just thinking out all the options that are possible!!
