Ever since you changed Farm Heros, I have not received one booster. Where are they?

Ever since you changed Farm Heros, I have not received any boosters. It says they recharge but they never appeared at all. Where are they? How do I get them and why do I get a daily gift only after I have used all my lives and they disappear when i leave the game.

Are you playing through Facebook? One player did say she had switched a browser and they started coming through again. I don't know if it was that, or whether cookies and cache were not there and that is why they started working again. So it might be worth doing a browser clean
