Since Player Support was the ones that handles these cases, you need to reply back to the last email you have received from them and request them to remove the Magic Beans and Gold bars as well. Unfortunately this is not something we here at the Community have access too.
Look for the email with Ticket #8487830 and they will reply back.

Hi! To make it clear I was Level 111 with 20k Magic Beans and 4 Gold Bars. I wanted to start the game from Level 1 so I sent a request. Now I'm Level 1, but my Magic Beans and Gold Bars are the same. I suppose they should be like 2500 Magic Beans and 50 Gold Bars instead of 20k Magic Beans and 4 Gold Bars. My user ID is 1892166386. Thank you very much for your help!

Hello @QueenB ! But now I have 0 Magic Beans and 0 Gold Bars instead of 2000 Magic Beans and 50 Gold Bars as the should be at the beginning of the game..
