Farm Heroes Saga loading extremely slow

As of today loading Farm heroes saga on my Samsung tablet has become so slow. It takes at least three minutes to get past the loading screen. Any ideas?

    It might just be a temporary issue, but if not, have a look at this helpful link and try the steps given. Come back if it doesn't help with your tablet model and OS version and we can try help you further :)

    The new version takes forever to download.....why?

    Hi @ellevee and welcome to the community. 
    Are you talking about the mobile version or the newer facebook version? If it is the FB version, that I do not know but I do agree with you, it takes forever. Once loaded though it runs quicker :)

    It takes about 30 min. to load and then when I click on my level it does NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! I really enjoy this game but now I can;t play it.

    Hi @Susanlynn and welcome. It should not take 30 minutes to load at all, which seems more of a browser fault.
    I did read recently that edge does not like certain non flash alternatives, can I ask which browser you use? I know some seem to like firefox, but I find google chrome is better. 
    If you have windows 10, you can download facebook gameroom which is also a lot quicker. 
    However it does sound like we may need to do some troubleshooting to help you, have you cleared cache and cookies recently?
