Going back to level one

Thank you queen B. Other king games like candy do not bring u back to level one. Im also wondering how to synch my king to fb? When i do it it synchs me withba different face book account ( i have multiple accounts). Thanks

Thank you. I have attached 2 screen shots of how i cant log into king. I dont receive lives or beans anymore. I dont see the names of my competitoors on my screen either. And when i finally managed to log into king it synchs me with a different account which synchs me to a different fb account. Please fix the update. Thank u

If you do not have a King account, when you disconnect the game app from Facebook, it will go back to level 1.

The King account is like a back up for when there is an issue with Facebook so that you can still keep playing and saving your progress.

If you do have a King account, then you must sync that with your Facebook account. Check out this link: http://to.king.com/1i4R

Thanks. I ve logged out many times before and never ever got back to level one. I think there is a major glitch. The last upate from oct 8 made this happen.

@Julax_C_ProdsIf you logged out and didn't log back in then the game would start at level 1 not knowing that you were playing through Facebook.

@Julax_C_Prods Ok, the good thing is that you have your progress back. It might be a Facebook glitch or a server was down. Sometimes it takes a few hours for the server to come back with your progress.
