why do I get an error message for a few days now

have cleared cache, tryed gameroom and facebook, changed browser but still that message error and do not know what to do to be able to play... can you please help

Let's try removing the game and install it back again. First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps:

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.

If this does not help, I've noticed you got a Windows 10 PC so try downloading the game app from Microsoft Store instead and give it a try.

Just remember to connect the game app to Facebook so your game progress cam sync. Note that Boosters, lIves, extra features do not get synced,
