my game closes every time I try to open the new event0 -
Mines too! I play on iPhone 7 , cleared cache etc , turned phone of and on , just updated my phone and still having the same problem! help please 🤷🏻♀️0

Are you still having issue with the event @carolOliveira?
If it does, try to clear the cookies/cache, then restart your device after 2 minutes rest! Now connect to the Internet and log into the game and see if you can get back into the event!

I have checked the event just now in my device and it is working without any problem!
If you are still having issue with opening it, try to clear the cookies / cache, then restart your device after 2 minutes break and see if the event is working for you! If it still doesn't, let's try some trouble-shooting steps!
