Please help-Farm Club Issue

Level 1

I have collected all available companions, but I still see that I have 3 rewards to collect.  It was 2 rewards and then I collected another companion and it went to 3.  It shows it needs to be collected but will not let me accept any of the rewards.  This is nothing to do with the 3 question mark companions. This is what I have earned. Thoughts on what to do?

    Hello again @Cindy_B1010, Thank you for posting your question in a separate thread :+1: 

    It will be more convenient now to discuss about the issue you are having, as the other thread is talking about something else =) 

    With regards to the "Reward Notification" you are seeing, did you make sure that you have collected all the available rewards as of now?  I know it can be very annoying to go back and forth on that long list, but, it's worth every minute!!  May be, you will find a reward of 3 Tractor Boosters OR may by Hunter with 2 or 3 of his boosters!! 

    Also, if you have access to a PC, try on that!  As it is much easier on PC than a mobile device as there are "Arrows" given to move to the next page.  While scrolling, there are big chances to miss a spot (personal experience) =)


    And, if you still cannot find anything, please post your game User ID Number, this link will help "Find my ID"
    The Farm Team will be able to look into your game and see what's up with the notifications :+1:

    Thank you for your guidance.  Unfortunately, even after trying all of the above my problem did not get solved.  Is there a way to contact the Farm Team directly?  I am not comfortable posting my user ID in public.
