Failed to connect to store

I can’t buy tools because failed to connect to store message. I have WiFi and 4G and operating properly. What is issue. Also tried to login on Pet rescue game under my king account for my email address and saying connection issue. Please fix this frustrating issue

    U can play game but cannot buy things from apple-store? Is this what u mean?

    Check your Apple account.

    Are you only having connection issues with the one game, or is it with other things as well? Could you also give us some details of what device you are using?

    Im having the same issue. I check my connections as well. Its all the King games for me. Can't connect to anything

    I’m using iPhone and only this game it says failed to connect to store

    @Carolkw345 and @gmverdi1976, checking to see if you are properly connected trough your Apple ID is not a bad idea as you might also have lost connection with the Store.

    If this still doesn't help, try the following:

    - Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

    - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

    - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

    - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
