companions earned but cant collect

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please answer few of my questions?

1) What device are you using to play the game?
2) What level are you on now? 
3) Can you show me a screenshot of the Companions that you are not able to collect?

Hello again @joleegreening, Thank you for replying back  

Oh! You are talking about the "Rewards" from the Companions!!  I was confused when you said "I used to Beans to collect them"!  

If you are seeing only 3 Question Marks, and all other rewards have check marks next to them, then it means that you have collected all the Companions that are available as of now.  And also you have successfully received all the Rewards given by those Companions   

In this case, the number showing at the "Farm House" is just a glitch and you can ignore that!!  Although, for most of us, it is number 1 that shows up there, but not 2!!
