Level 1

My game is not advancing to levels, I have been at the same level for 3 months. Plus when requesting or sending friends help it's keep popping up- The send and friends request like 6 times or more.  Please check my links so I can play.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  I need to know few more details please... 

    1) When you said "you are not advancing in levels and have been stuck at the same level for 2 months" --> Does it mean that you are having issue with the "Road Block"?  Are you stuck at a Road block and not able to go to a different episode? 

    2) What is popping up when you are requesting for Lives?  Can you post a picture of that pop-up?

    Level 1

    Pic # 1 is the level 175 for 2 months, requesting help to level up to 176.
    pic #2 is the level 175 stuck on playing the game over and over.

    As shown in this road block for 2 month is 3 days 1 42. it stuck on level 175 and won't move. Why are you not fixing the problem?

    Hello again @dzzdee, Thank you for posting the screenshots :+1: 

    Are you using the Chrome or the Edge browser?  I could not figure out from the picture you have posted! 

    Many players are having this issue with the Road Block for some reason!!  It was already escalated to the Farm Studio team and they are working for fix for this issue =)  

    With regards to the issue in your game, can you please head to this main discussion thread "Issue with Roadblock"  (click on the Green Fonts) and post these below details? (1) Your Device (2) Are you logged in through Facebook OR Kingdom account (3) Your user ID number
