Level freezes when Companion gets activated! FIXED on version 5.32.8!!!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Can you please clarify something for me...

1) Is your game freezing after playing for few moves;

2) OR once you hit on "Play", are you seeing the frozen screen with "Something went wrong, please reload" screen? If so, are you playing on King.com?

After I make a few moves my board freezes up. I have been playing this level for several days, but the freezing started yesterday. Can you help

Hi @rosee_49 and welcome to our friendly forums. First, we will need a bit more information on this. One of the known issues is that if you bring a companion into a level, the game will freeze once activated. Make sure all companions are unchecked and try again.

I just restarted the computer and its still doing it, I start the game and it plays as normal, it doesn't "say something went wrong, please reload" it just stops and you cant click on anything. sometimes I have only used a few moves and just then I used all but 5 moves before it stopped. I'm going through Facebook using Google Chrome so should be good. Never had this problem before.

I shut it down and open it again and it does the same thing over and over for each game.

Every time I’ve tried to play level 1719 on farm hero saga it keeps freezing in middle of game - I’ve restarted phone, deleted and resintalled app, it still keeps doing it but I can play any other levels no problem. I took snapshots of 2 of the times I tried but I’ve actually attempted it more then a dozen.
