As regards the rewards that you didn't get, you would need to contact support here choose problems with game, then prize not given. You will need your player ID though for that.
As regards the companions, are they the two quesiton marks left? Its because companions were ended on level 1110 for the time being at least. We don't know if they will come back or not, but for now, that is all there are. I hope this helps!
