For me it don´t seem totally correct but maybe close. So if you asking about the ads in the game where you can get extra booster and extra moves. I can´t say. But from what I understand that are just some players that have that. So I don´t know if something have been wrong for you now or if they have taking that away.
I don´t know if it can help to get it back if you log out from the game and clear the cashe. Then log in again. Or just check if you can update the game.

Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
