I have been contacting the support team for almost four weeks regrading that I cannot play my current level, only prior levels I can play and they have not fixed this issue yet what's going on

The game has been blocked for more than 15 days.
I am at level 2410 and unable to continue the game.

This is a known issue... they r looking into it. But when is the fix .. unknown ... n it can be months... no timeline yet...

so u can try : phone device better. Else check whether u can on Win 10 n HTML ...

If you still keep an eye on this thread. There has been an update on king.com and it seems like the problem has been fixed. If it don´t work right away just try to reload the page.
