My game has been updated and I've shot back by about 300 games/levels 😥😪
Yesterday morning I posted on 'Win Gold Bars' that I was on game 2986, and now I've been sent back to 2636 after update, and also waiting for new levels!
I'm playing on KING
It's so sad, I've been trying so hard too. And some games were so difficult to pass, on one of the most recent I actually paid to get the level out of the way, because it was stressing me out.
Help please😟

That is real bad ... unfortunate... how Long u take from lvl 2636 to 2986? Few days? Coz I suspect is ur internet connection error and thus not saved ... but if in weeks, then not likely the cause ...

Hope you and your family are doing alright!
Now, with regards to loosing levels in your game -- I am not sure why the "update" causes such issues sometimes!!
First, log out of the game, shut down your device for few minutes and log back in. See if that brings up your level;
If that does not work, please follow this step (that we always advice players to follow in their games -- any & all King games) ---> Re-play the level that the game put you on and win it. Now see, if it moves you back to your original level.
Please post back and let me know whether it worked or not!! If it did not work, please post your game user ID number and the device you are using.

I play every day on my laptop, and my internet connection is good.
The 'new' game has me waiting for levels, so can't play a game yet.
- A little scared to sign out, as I'm not sure of my sign-in details, it's been a long time since I needed it 🙄
- I did sign out and sign in, but I got sent back to another game I started, under a different password, when I was on holiday (happy days!) Finally managed to click everywhere and found current game!
Where is my ID on KING, I still have the old version of the game I'm playing? Please don't tell me to sign out again, and sign back in, that was way too scarey 😊

I don't know if it was me, KING, the Gods, but my level is back.
I'm still stuck, but at least I'm stuck where I should be 😊

If playing on laptop there wouldn't be an update anyway it would be done automatically.
Sometimes the game lags in connection and syncing, especially right now when everyone is on it.
