Where did all my Magic Beans go?

Hi there,
until recently I had over 700000 magic beans. They must really be magic because I noticed today that they have disappeared. I don’t even have enough to activate a companion when starting a level.
Ive read a few entries like this on here and each one gets a reply saying that you looked into it and everything seems fine.
Before you bother trying that I have a screenshot from just over a week ago showing how many beans I had (an amount that could not be used up even if I’d have played constantly 24 hours a day since then.
An explanation would be appreciated

So u hav 700k beans n it become zero? Can show us the screenshot? So what is changed recently? U start a new account? New device ? Or u log into another Facebook account?
do show us the screenshot u have a week earlier n now

Hi @deane4work and welcome to the community. As Stan says, are you still logged in to your account? If its showing you are, could you try logging out and back in again? Could you let us know which device you are playing on please.

im playing on my iPhone using the app. I logged out and now I’m back on level one with 20000 beans.

Hiya @deane4work I am not quite sure whats going on exactly as if you were back on level one with no progress you would only have 5000 beans. Are you sure you are logging in via the correct Facebook or King account? Does anyone else use your phone?
Progress can be got back if you are not logged in with either, but that won't explain what happened to your beans. I think if you log in again and they don't come back, it might be a good idea to contact player support who can check your account. You are quite correct, that amount of beans should not go overnight 😲

You should still be rewarded with free magic beans when you complete a level. The more stars you score on that level, the more beans you earn.
We know there has been some minor changes to the game after the update, do you happen to play on Facebook?

Do you happen to have access to Windows 10 on your PC? If yes, perhaps you would benefit from playing through the App instead.
You can download the game here.
Once you have installed the game, connect it to your Facebook account so your progress can sync. Note that Boosters and lives, do not get synced as they these items are not saved to our serve.

Hi Deane did you ever get your beans back? I've got the same issue, over 600,000 of my beans have disappeared and left me with under 500. Tech support have not been helpful as I never got a screenshot. I'm feeling really frustrated, like you, it would be impossible to have used them all even playing 24/7
