Beans are missing

I am missing over 150.000 beans, I already deleted the game, reinstalled, but they are gone. I tried every step, but nothing helps. Even the steps in the mail you send me do not work. What to do now? I do not want to start on level 1.

You mentioned an email, have you been in touch with Player Support who recommended you steps to try out? @stan1981, remember that @QueenMia and I are not able to replace any missing items from the game as this is something Player Support handles.
