I am on level 1160 (or around there). For the past 4 days, there have been special windows offering boosters that are centered around the Corona Virus. The first one was for Nurse Nancy and 3 color collector (dog) boosters were offered. I clicked the "thanks" bar and nothing happened. The next day I was offered 3 Tractor boosters. Day 3 was the rainbow seed color collector booster. Today I was offered another 3 tractor boosters for "line workers". I have sent messages each day and the admin at King refuse to answer my question, help me or give me the boosters that I am due. I am not asking for anything free, just what they TOLD ME I would get. A dozen boosters would really help me move on. Anyone else at this level experiencing this? I am struggling to move forward and have made purchases, but these particular boosters are mine to use and I cannot use them. Thanks!

    U do not get dozen boosters... only the 3 boosters as illustrated on the picture...

    the wording does is confusing... u will only the booster the picture is showing ...

    I am very sorry to about the issue in your game!

    So, if I understand correctly, those special boosters that King team is giving away are not being added to your inventory? Is that the issue you are having?

    Can you please clarify for me? Also give me these details -- the device you are using & your game ID number.


    And with regards to sending the complaint -- you will have to wait 3 to 5 days after sending a complaint. The Player Support team (whom you sent the complaint to), usually are very busy dealing with Purchase issues and "Level progress lost" issues. So, please do not send multiple complaints but wait before hearing back from them.

    If you have not heard from them within 5 days, please send a reply to the first "automated response" you have received and keep following up with that one only (and delete the rest of the automated emails, as it will only confuse the support team as well as you). Once an agent writes back to you, you can explain the issue and request for missing items.

    I wasn’t stating that I was getting 12 boosters. Each day there was 3 boosters being offered. Since I had not received them for four days, the total would’ve been 12. It’s hard to remember exactly what was being offered because there’s a window put up and it says what is offered and you click on “thanks” and then it goes away. The first booster was nurse Nancy and it was three color collector boosters. The second day was a different worker and it was three tractor boosters. The third day was the rainbow seed booster and then the fourth day was three more tractor boosters. Each Day was a different coronavirus theme, supporting a specific type of worker. There were four days of boosters and I got none of them. That is why I came to the community site. I am working on a laptop and I don’t know how to find my ID.

    I understood what you were saying above, that you have added all the boosters we were given in all 4 days 👍️

    Can you please check what I wrote above and let me know those details? If it was confusing, I will write them here for your convenience...

    1) You are saying that those boosters are not added to your inventory, correct?

    2) When did you contact the Support team? Once it is 5 days, please do send a reply to the first automated email you have received and give them a heads-up that you are still waiting for their assistance;


    ** For checking your ID ---> Since you are on Laptop, scroll down all the way (below to another game advertisement) and you will see "Find my ID" in Orange fonts -- click on it to find your ID

    But, if you are on Windows 10, please follow this link which explains how to look for your ID ---> Find my ID number


    Your ID number will help the Farm Team to see what might have happened to those boosters. But, since you have already emailed the Support team, you might have to continue talking to them. I will confirm about it once I find out. So, please do post your ID number.

    The support team has contacted me and told me they were adding compensation boosters. But they did not get added. Then they said they would try again. They did not get added. I do not know what the problem is. As for finding my ID, there is no "find my ID" on this page anywhere (under the ad, at the bottom of the page...not there) and the link for windows 10, shows a screen that is different than mine. I have no way to find the ID on my laptop. I have tried everything. I'm just planning to give up. Thanks for your help, but nobody is helping me. :(

    Now to find your game ID number --- You are playing on a Laptop, right? Which browser are you using? Chrome or Edge or Game Room?

    And can you post a screenshot of the Profile for me to see how it looks in your game / device? It will give me more clarity and can help a bit more.

    i am using edge. I am not comfortable posting profile information on a community board. I also do not play using Facebook, nor do I provide access to my lists. I will await a return e mail from King. These lost boosters are from several days ago and I am resigned to the fact that I’m not going to get them. Thanks for your response but I have moved on.

    Don't worry @JDevils, the Game ID is just some numbers that only King can use to get access to your game records. Without this, there is not much we can do here 😏
