How do I collect my gifts for the Farm Club. It shows 3, but can't get them? Thanks

Actually, that digit is a glitch, and that is the reason, what ever "trouble shooting" tricks we follow -- do not work.
I have the digit 1 on my Farm Club, some others have 2 and you have 3.... This glitch needs to be fixed from the Farm Heroes Studio side, but not in our end.
Since you are on PC, just make sure that you have not missed to collect any of the rewards -- by going into the "Farm Club" and scroll slowly by using the "Arrows". If you did collect all the rewards and still you see no:3. just ignore it, as there is nothing else we can do 🙂

Are you asking about the Companions - where you see ? —-> If it is about the question mark, and rest of the 3 Companions, the Farm game Studio has it in their “to do” list. But, they had to focus on fixing glitches, new levels release and new events, that task is being delayed.
So, until we receive those last 3 Companions, we cannot receive those gifts 😯
Or does your Farm Club shows the digit 3 on it and you cannot find any rewards?

You may try to close all games, log out from FB, restart your PC, and log back in. Try to click on the icon and let us know whether you are able to collect those gifts. Please share with us the outcome 🙏😊

I have tried that, even to be point of logging out, cutting the computer off, and restarting it. Nothing has worked.
