same issue. I have reset router and even deleted game. Same issue. I also made purchase for more coins and got nothing!

My game does the same for a few days now. Playing ony phone, android. Restart phone and game several times. Please help, i dont want to miss out on new events!

You may try to turn off the router device and wait for at least 10-20 seconds before turning it back on. Then reconnect your PC/Mobile to the internet. Log in to the game and start playing to see whether you still receive the same message.

Sorry to hear you're having connecting issues 😯 May we know which device you are playing on? An Apple, Android, Kindle?
Have you also by any chance tried switching from mobile data to Wifi or vise versa or restarting the device to see if that helps?

Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
