still trying to get my beans back

I tried the turning off of the computer and the restarting and clearing my cache and then waiting 5 minutes to go back in the game but still no beans. I have lost thousands and haven't used any in probably a year. Where are they and why when I pass a level don't more appear

    I play Farm Heroes Saga and that is where I am missing the beans. I also have won lots of +5 moves but have NEVER once received that prize so that I could use it. Can't understand why others aren't having these problems

    How about you update the latest version of this game or use strong Internet Connection or restart the device that I hope nothing this happens? 🤔

    If it's not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)

    If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.

    Hello @wblinkers, Can you give us an update on your Farm Heroes Saga issue? Have you verified you gave the latest version? Have you tried playing the game on a different device to see if your tremendous number of beans remains in your account?

    Did you save your progress in F.H.S app? If yes you need just to register from the app again! Just tap the icon up on the left side closed to the 5 lives. Let me know.Have a good day 🤗😉😉😉

    I only play farm heroes on my desktop computer. I don't have any other devices to play on....no smart phone, no ipads or other products.

    I don't know how to re register and if I do, will I lose everything I have and the progress that I have made over the years. I am not tech smart so some of the things you are telling me I don't understand.

    @wblinkers I'm so sorry to hear that you have an issue with the magic beans. If you are playing from your pc did you reinstall the game or did you change your device? If you have reinstalled the game without saving your progress, probably this is the reason og missing your magic beans.

    no I have not reinstalled the game...wouldn't know how to do that. I have been playing it on my laptop for the past 4 years but this past fall I lost my beans and I don't get any of the +5 moves when they say I won them

    Hi there and hope you're doing well apart from your game issue.

    I think there are other player who is also facing the same issue. You can refer to this post. Whilst waiting for our CM, @QueenB to attend to your issue, do report this to the Player Support. Hopefully, they have answers for you.

    Please continue playing if your game is not disrupted by the missing beans and start harvesting your rewards whilst waiting for your beans to be recovered.
