  • It sounds like a software conflict which may resolve itself with updates. For now perhaps play candy crush by going in through your Facebook using Google Chrome etc? 
  • Try clicking on 'settings' in candy crush (bottom left hand corner) and click on logout of Facebook, and close the app. Then make sure you are logged into YOUR Facebook on phone then go back on candy crush and connect to Facebook again.
