Mine has always reset at midnight (00:00 EET). Regardless of when it resets for you, it shouldn't disappear from your Events tab. What did Support say? I'm asking about anything meaningful, not the usual 'it's not guaranteed to work' nonsense.

Unfortunately, nothing can be done, really. I haven't had a single day without the Machine.
