Which device are you using to play the game? Do you have a Facebook or King account? What is happening when you try to log into the game with those account details?

Do you have a Windows PC? If so, try logging in on the browser version (through Facebook's website) or the Windows desktop version (from Microsoft's App Store).
What about another mobile device in your household which could be used to install the game and attempt to log in? Just to make sure the problem is not with your account but rather with your app (it could be corrupted).
Just do not reinstall unless you have 0 boosters to lose. Reinstallation wipes your boosters (and stored lives). Your progress and gold bars are safe as they are saved on the game server, provided you've been connected to the Internet and your progress is synced. It's best to use an alternative device/platform to make sure your progress is synced before deleting the app.
If you have an iOS device, you could back up your game (and inventory) IF you could sign into your account, otherwise it won't back up your inventory (boosters).
The only thing you could actually try, other than reinstalling as a last resort, is force closing the game, turning off your data connection, starting the game, then turning your connection back on and attempting to log in.
You could delete app's cache (not app data!) and even relog into your Apple account on your device but I doubt this will help.
You can write to Support about it to hopefully get a useful response that doesn't involve reinstalling.

I have the same issue. Am not able to log in to my account, with FB, with King account or Apple account. My apps are updated. I reset my phone and nothing works. I get the same error message.

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
