Hi Kimbob! Did you win the beans while playing on Facebook or King.com? Items such as boosters, beans and messages with lives cannot be cross transferred between devices or between platforms. Facebook and the beans where always their when I play off line before it only started no beans is when it updated

Have you tried the live chat feature? It could be there is an issue, but have you tried deleting the game, rebooting and reinstalling (you will lose any saved boosters tho) Where can I find the live chat feature won't she lose all her progress boosters won't be a problem she has none but she at 636

Sometimes uninstalling the app, rebooting and reinstalling can sort it out, but then you lose saved boosters. Have you cleared the app cache? (Settings, storage, click on cache then clear) You can also report it via live help or the website contact form if none of the steps have worked, but hopefully a King mod will see…
