Barn buddies, Farm Pass, grow the Cropsie and Waterfalls have disappeared from mine

Hi, I was in qualifying round for farm tournament but none of my collections counted towards total. Eg played level 3663 had nothing credited. Just one example over the last 4 days. have tried shutting down, closing app etc but nothing. So assuming app isn’t working in Australia. Here is photo of collection as you can see…

No money spent, but a new collection going at the moment for apples is this subject to the same issue. Thing is how do you know who won the share fairly if some people due to a glitch in your system were excluded
