  • Thanks for your reply but I am unable to access the Help facility from the game, I assume because I am playing on my tablet not my phone. I've tried searching help via this page for a help topic that relates but nothing relevant comes up. Not sure how to lodge a request for help from here.

  • Hi Kevin, The issue recurred the second time I played the level but I got past it by making sure I held a card of the right colour in the right hand slot even though the card was cleared. I assumed it was a bug in that level. I'm using version 1.19.314

  • I had the same issue today too. Came back after a 4 hour break, clicked on the coins to collect them. Went to look at one of the icons, came back to start play and it said 'not enough coins'. Waiting for time to pass now to get enough coins to play again. Very frustrating!

  • I've also had a lot of issues with the most recent version of the game. It freezes after watching ads and then continually shuts down. Is it just me or is anyone else having this issue?

  • I agree. Given it costs me 6450 coins to play a game, it's made it very difficult. I get that you can access the coins as they accumulate but it's really frustrating to only earn so few coins particularly if you've not had a chance to access the game during a long period. Not happy with this change.

It seemed to stop for a while but it's done it again today at least three times. I updated the app only a day or two ago so should be on the latest version. Really annoying!

  • Me either. It's happened twice in 2 weeks now. I have the latest version so maybe it's a bug in the game. Whatever it is it's really annoying.
