I use an Apple IPad so I have to go to the App Store and look for the updates there. Once you are in the Store you can use the search tool and put Pet Rescue Saga in the bar. If there is an update it should tell you.

I was having some problems this morning with mine. I checked and there was an update. I updated and the problems have gone away. Maybe check your updates to see if you have one too if you haven’t already.

That is not unusual. I have used extra moves and boosters to win and still not get 3 stars. Winning does not guarantee you 3 stars.

My Help has not returned either! The new levels are not easy by any means. I’ve had to use boosters and/or extra moves on nearly every level. At least they are not impossible.

Just be thankful you have it! I’d rather play the same games than not have it at all.

It is possible. The butterflies become active when the locked silver blocks that have numbers on them go to zero. You can use the key at the bottom to unlock the blocks once numbers are gone. There is also a video you can watch on You Tube that will help you. Just Google pet rescue level 8383 to watch it. Hope this helps.

I play on Facebook and I completed the level. I had to use the mega bomb but it still worked.

There is a YouTube video that shows you how it can be completed without any boosters.
