It is related to how much gold we spend @PyroFunk If you spend enough gold you can get this for 45 minutes. I'm still not sure I'm a fan though. As advised by Kiara this is probably an issue related to your device not connecting to King's server. This happens to a lot of others as well in all sorts of countries.
